Don’t take my word for it. A Lawyer is Only as Good as Their NAME. Google a lawyer today to see what type of reputation they have. Stay away from legal referral sites such as Avvo.com, UsLaw.com, and others. They are breeding grounds for corruptions, misrepresentation, and false advertisements. I will be following up on Avvo.com and explain some key things about who actually runs the site and why.

So I said don’t read any blog and take anything they say to be true. And just because they reference another blog say the same thing…doesn’t make it anymore true. If you come across something that is questionable then google it. Is Brian Tannebaum a good lawyer? Just google his name and look at the first 100 listings about him and you will see he is not liked. Then see how well his website is doing and google www.tannebaumweiss.com and question yourself….if I were looking for a lawyer, would I hire him or even find him credible?

Now mark Bennett is a bitter sore ASSHATLAWYER in Houston , TX. Fighting some very serious personal illnesses I have concluded. Is he really the worst lawyer in Texas or is mark Bennett the worst lawyer Houston? Well??? Google it. They have been quoted as saying you are what you google.

They have automated it with help from their geek Squad and Lexblog. All Lawyers Head this message about Lexblog…..If you are in their network you will be outed on a level you may not be comfortable with and if you are thinking about giving any money for the service you may want to opt out now. Can you afford to have a name like Brian Tannebaum when someone googles your name? Now Tannebaum had his face time with the abusive and highly aggressive conduct towards others. Now he gets a dose of his own medicine and how does he describe that behavior in his email to godaddy? As a Reign of Terror…….(LAUGHING)…..What an Idiot he is and why is it he can do it but anyone else that is hyper critical of him now becomes a cyberpath, a stalker, and a terrorist spreading a reign of terror. Now they have found out they were collecting tracking cookies and miniature iframes loaded in their browsers when they hit certain sites. then they would leave tracks to their sites and networks. They know they got caught and are now talking about the reason why it is okay to blog with a psydonym. One is okay but 20 is somewhat extream. Not only blogging but tweeting with multiple names. Not going to get into that to much because their is a site in developement to explain it and show you how to do it all the same as they do. ASSHATLAWYER.COM Sponsoring the AVVO.COM  CHALLENGE with pomp and circumstance.

What exactly is the AVVO CHALLENGE? It is the test of all test. Here we have a website designed to rate lawyers for you the client. This soon becomes a play for money, power, influence, and did I mention money?

This site is walking a double edge sword. It has a large following of legal supporters that promote their rating on their own websites which usually give a direct link back to AVVO.COM making the site that much more influential.

What then as a client am I to believe? Is this Lawyer really as good as their rating or does AVVO give preferential treatment to lawyers that have rated websites that can then make AVVO a powerhouse. It is just like commercials being paid for on T.V. by the Sponsors. Without the Sponsors where exactly is AVVO?

So I had to test the waters and had two people that were represented by two separate attorneys. One with a web presence and AVVO Sponsor. The other just a name with no web presence both with 15+ years experience.

1. Lawyer with no web Presence was rated by prior client with a 3 out of 10 and a scathing review of being cheated. Posted to profile immediately.

2. Lawyer 2 was given a 7 out of 10 and one line complain about always to busy to talk about case. But, the rating then was held in a queue and simply disappeared. 24 hours later an email arrived stating the rating was being contested. Are you serious? And stated that I had 72 hours to verify the rating so it could be posted. I went to the clients profile page and the lawyers profile page. And there was no verifying anything. It was as if it never happened. So I email them back stating the case number, the lawyer, and dates followed by an attachment of the disposition of the case. I was not responded to. I followed up with2 more emails and even attempted to repost rating but was told only one rating per lawyer and I had already used it. Amazing.

The lawyer in question was Mark W Bennett from Houston Texas. And wouldn’t you know it he has a sparkling 10.0 Perfect AVVO rating along with Brian Tannebaum, Scott Greenfield and others in this lawyer network.
I don’t believe Rick Horowitz has a rating because he has only been a lawyer for a hot minute and has been to court maybe a handful of time but don’t quote me on that.

So here is my challenge to all disgruntled clients that have been screwed over by their lawyer and what you can do. Go to avvo
and write an honest review about your experience and give a fair and honest rating. If this lawyer has Shiny 10.0 and they won’t let you post your review come back here and let us know. If you have been represented by one of these AsshatLawyer on our site I want to see a review.

We learned he is a whip boy or a person that does what real lawyers tell him to do. We have learned he has just enough experience to scare the living crap out of you when you find out this man has your life in his hands. We have also learned that he has used his computer experience to manipulate the search engines to list higher and to get your business. This is a classic example people to do your research.

My question is for all readers: I have been noticing BTannebaum complaining about other lawyers and doing so as an elitist.  If he is such a good lawyer then why has he failed to silence The HatMaker. Has he tried? YOU DAMN SKIPPY. how?

He has sent 50 page packets of legal mumbojumbo to the sherriff, local Police Dept, Social Security Fraud Unit, www.godaddy.com copyright and abuse dept, local lawyers he has faxed and sent legal packets. This is only the tip of the iceberg.  What is really going on? I have started a project that will be one that shows what they have done. If they are such good lawyers and of superior intellect, then why is it they can’t get the proper authorities involved to do anything? Maybe that is because no crime has been committed?

Funny how in one breath they complain about the government, police brutality, or wrongful incarcerations………Then in the next  breath they are calling these same people to be their savior or how laws should limit and restrict former convicted felons the rights granted him or her. Is it then only free speech as long as I swing from your nuts, agree with everything you say, and kiss your ass-hat lawyer Rick Horowitz a Fresno, Ca. Lawyer with less than 2 years experience practicing law. So does this show you how they think???? Are they allowed to use their position as an officer of the courts to damage, cause harm, or intimidate others to push forward their own personal agenda??

I got a message saying  Scott Greenfield is Ranting about being stalked again and about a funny Audio clip which appears to be a spoof edited podcast, I was to late to the site so  i had to dig in the cache to find what I could. I think it only proper to reblog the content since that is exactly what the Asshat Lawyers do:

1. A person with an obsession with children as sex objects. Overt acts, including taking sexually explicit photographs, molesting children and exposing ones’s genitalia to children.

2.Any individual who is interested in establishing a mutual sexual relationship with a person who is of a physically younger age.

The World Health Organization defines adolescence as the period of life between 10 and 20 years of age. With this said any one who sexually interacts with some one else in this age range is in the “instinctual norm”, if you well. Therefore the deviation into pedaphile begins when the 10’s & 20’s and the 30’s & 40’s engage in sexual activities. As you can see it is virtually impossible for anyone with a logical frame of mind to be apposed to the act of this definition!

Apparently there is a video or audio taped of Scott Greenfield taking the pants off of a minor child to look at the little boy’s penis. I don’t know Mr. Greenfield and have followed up on some of his unsavory comments at http://blog.simplejustice.com/ Someone has suggested to me that I write this article to let people know to keep their children away from him. He is a self proclaimed closet gay and his behavior is so sporadic That I changed the title of my blog because of the fear of retaliation. You will see that he may not do the retalliation but rather someone else in his little circle of elitist. I will try to find that evidence to post as soon as possible. I look forward for a certain cop to arrest this Dirtbag. Help us with a blog article of your own about this creep.

This is just an update on a featured post series about “Evil” Asshat Lawyers EsQ.  I will tell you and show you proof that these asshat lawyers are using multiple personae over a diverse network. I will show you how the buy gift cards and purchase domain names and hosting mixed with free sites. I’ll explain how they link their sites and use the links to keyword a site’s strength and also to damage other lawyer’s reputations.

I won’t go into software they use, however I will show you the similarities and word speech analysis. I will give you a few sips of how they make money from HOA and other venues. I’ll outline the methods they attack and harass with and show you sites they have done this on a reoccuring basis. I may post database information so any tech savy people can verify the information….but, I may save that as a tool for later.

I will show you how they make themselves sound so impressive with President of this organization or pooba asshat lawyer of that organization. I will also outline with a time-line and post pictures the verify information about their misconduct towards conley. I have names and copies of receipts they spent to order records and copies of them talking about what they planed on doing to conley. They have serious liability issues and when it is over I will verify I am not whom they think I am in a video post. Also, why don’t they link t this site I wonder? Don’t you want people to see for themselves how I am this sick horrible person? No, because they are afraid of the truth.

Any good journalist worth their salt will give both parties a chance to speak and let the readers decide for themselves. Instead you write multiple blog articles and give each credibility by link to another blog claiming the same thing….Thus Making a link wheel which is very Black Hat SEO and unethical….and very much an injustice to whomever you slander. I’ll save that for the article series. I am on #3 now so be patient. I have tried contacting these people and it’s not so easy. Oooopps I am late for my Home Owners Association meeting, ao I gotta go.
